Revenue Cycle Accountant - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Cycle Accountant to join our dynamic team at OTB. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely while contributing to the financial operations of a leading fashion group. As a Revenue Cycle Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing the operational systems connected to our e-commerce platform, ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial documentation.

What You'll Do

• Manage operational systems related to the e-commerce platform (Rbo, Stealth, SAP, etc.).
• Analyze and control documents issued for shipments, returns, and discounts, ensuring compliance with fiscal and customs regulations.
• Create sales documents related to marketplace transactions.
• Coordinate with external providers (carriers, customs operators) and internal offices to gather materials and information necessary for administrative activities.
• Collaborate with the SSC Revenue Cycle Coordinator to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in economic disciplines.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting, particularly in e-commerce.
• Knowledge of fiscal and customs issues in the European e-commerce sector.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude, energy, and ability to work in a team.
• Proactive mindset with a spirit of initiative.
• Good written English proficiency.
• Familiarity with SAP/S3K and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Experience in the fashion industry.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
