About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager - Vodafone Business to join our dynamic team at CPM International. This exciting opportunity allows you to work remotely while driving sales and promoting the Vodafone portfolio of products. As a Business Development Manager, you will engage with business clients and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a territory selling directly to SME (Small Medium Enterprise) and SOHO (Small Office/Home Office) customers, achieving and exceeding agreed sales targets.
  • Plan your journey to maximize efficiency within your assigned territory.
  • Set appointments via telephone and conduct face-to-face selling to decision-makers.
  • Represent CPM and Vodafone in a consistently professional manner.
  • Utilize competent IT skills to report daily activity in the field, including proficiency with Microsoft Office tools like Excel and Outlook.

Requirements

  • Full driving license and own vehicle.
  • Strong focus on results and achieving targets daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative while continually seeking ways to improve sales performance.
  • Positive mindset when interacting with customers, colleagues, and clients.
  • Team-oriented individual capable of sharing best practices and contributing to a positive team dynamic.
  • Strong analytical and judgment skills to prioritize and focus on the best opportunities.
  • Experience in face-to-face sales, preferably within the Telecoms market.
  • Understanding of the Vodafone portfolio and the wider telecoms market.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with a CRM tool.
  • Awareness of the Irish Business Arena at local and national levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building positive customer relationships.
  • Strong written skills for preparing proposals and feedback to management/clients.

  • Competitive salary of €32,000 - €34,000 plus uncapped commission.
