Middle .NET Developer - iGaming Platform

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Middle .NET Developer to join our dynamic team at GR8 Tech. This remote position offers you the opportunity to design, develop, and maintain scalable .NET systems for our cutting-edge iGaming platform. You will play a crucial role in ensuring high performance and resilience while mentoring junior engineers and improving development practices.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement scalable, resilient, and efficient software architectures using microservices, event-driven, and cloud-native approaches.
• Write, test, and debug complex code for new and existing applications, ensuring production-ready code is delivered in a timely manner.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, security, and adherence to best practices.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and operations, to align development efforts with business goals.
• Research and implement new technologies and methodologies to improve software performance and processes.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong experience in designing scalable and resilient .NET systems, particularly with microservices and cloud-native architectures.
• Advanced C# skills and experience with RESTful API development and asynchronous programming.
• Proficiency in SQL optimization, data modeling, and experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka and high-load system optimization.
• Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation.
• Strong focus on testing and secure coding practices.
• Upper-Intermediate+ English proficiency and B2+ in Ukrainian or Russian.

Nice to Have

• Experience leading or managing software development projects.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Experience in improving software development practices and SDLC processes.
