Mid-Senior UiPath Automation Developer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Mid-Senior UiPath Automation Developer to join our innovative team remotely. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and deploy UiPath automations, ensuring high-quality solutions that enhance our business processes. As a UiPath Automation Developer, you will play a crucial role in transforming our automation strategy and driving efficiency across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement UiPath automations following best practices and internal standards.
• Translate business requirements into robust automation solutions that are maintainable and scalable.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure quality across the automation lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Process SMEs to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
• Build reusable components and frameworks to accelerate automation development.
• Implement exception handling, logging, and monitoring within automations to ensure reliability.
• Optimize existing automations for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide Level 3 support as needed.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath development, including REFramework, Orchestrator, Libraries, Queues, and Triggers.
• Strong understanding of RPA concepts, architecture, and best practices.
• Experience integrating UiPath with APIs, databases, and external systems.
• Proficiency in VB.NET, C#, and Python within UiPath workflows.
• Knowledge of Process Mining, Document Understanding, or Action Center is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile environments with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• UiPath certifications such as UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with containerization or cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with other automation or low-code tools (e.g., Power Apps, Mendix).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines or automation Ops processes (GitHub, Jira).
