Mid-Senior System Engineer - UAV/​UGV/​USV (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Mid-Senior System Engineer - UAV/UGV/USV to join our innovative team at Ingenn. This remote position offers you the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology in the aerospace and defense sector. As a System Engineer, you will be responsible for the integration, validation, and optimization of subsystems and mission payloads for various platforms.

What You'll Do

• Define and manage system and subsystem requirements.
• Develop system architectures and documentation.
• Evaluate and select avionics and payloads.
• Lead the integration of subsystems and ensure their functional and technical performance.
• Plan and execute V&V activities including simulations, HIL, and ground tests.
• Analyze telemetry and other system data to validate performance and propose corrective actions.
• Produce and maintain high-quality engineering documentation.
• Support airworthiness assessments, cybersecurity, and risk management.

Requirements

• Experience with embedded systems and interconnected systems.
• Experience in multi-system architectures.
• Knowledge of communication protocols and embedded sensors.
• Experience with embedded Linux environments.
• Strong system thinking capabilities.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience with RF systems, COMINT/SIGINT, and PCB design.
