We are seeking a talented Software Business Development Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team at Dante Systems. With a proven track record of expanding our customer base from 25 to over 120 clients in just four years, we are poised for further growth and international expansion in 2026.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and prospect SME commercial training providers across the UK market.
  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Conduct product demonstrations of our training software platform to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to support business growth.
  • Prepare proposals and contracts tailored to client needs.
  • Assist with customer onboarding, working closely with our support team to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts during the onboarding process.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales track record with demonstrable results, particularly in the software/SaaS sector.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey our product's value.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational abilities, comfortable with remote work.
  • Experience selling IT solutions, ideally software/SaaS platforms.
  • Understanding of the UK commercial training market and SME-focused B2B sales experience.

Nice to Have

  • Education Technology or Training Software sector knowledge.
  • Experience with CRM systems to manage sales processes effectively.
