About the Role

We are seeking a talented Social Media Marketing Specialist remote to join our dynamic team at Cloudvital, a Toronto-based software design and product development company. With over a decade of consistent growth, we are expanding our reach in both Canada and the US. In this role, you will play a crucial part in promoting our innovative products, including a B2C software product in the EdTech space and a DEI training service launching in Q1 2026.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos) for various platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand's voice and goals in collaboration with the Design Lead.
  • Manage and optimize company social media pages, monitor activity, and respond to comments and messages to enhance engagement.
  • Foster a positive and engaging community around the brand by interacting with followers and encouraging participation.
  • Plan, execute, and track the performance of social media campaigns, collaborating with other teams as needed.
  • Monitor social media metrics, analyze campaign performance, and use data to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure our strategies are current and effective.

Requirements

  • A degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • A successful track record of designing and running digital campaigns on social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Proven experience with sourcing methods including Boolean search and networking.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in the EdTech industry.
  • Familiarity with community management tools.
  • Creative skills in graphic design or video editing.

What We Offer

  • Full-time employment with a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year.
