Mid-Senior SEO Expert - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a talented SEO Expert to join our team at Bybit. This SEO Expert remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to ensure that SEO requirements are seamlessly integrated into our website development and releases. You will play a crucial role in defining clear SEO requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria for both technical and content initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with product and development teams to incorporate SEO best practices into website features and updates.
• Identify technical and content improvement opportunities across the site to enhance SEO performance.
• Design and execute SEO experiments, defining success metrics and implementing rollbacks when necessary.
• Continuously monitor SEO performance, conduct competitive analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
• Act as a liaison between central SEO and local/regional SEO teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategies.
• Work with other marketing channels to deliver synergistic, cross-channel initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, including JavaScript rendering, indexing, crawling, and auditing.
• Hands-on experience working with product and development teams in an agile environment.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using dashboards, analytics, and reporting tools.
• Sharp attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience working on international SEO and multi-market websites.

Nice to Have

• Mandarin proficiency.
• Advanced knowledge of Python.
• Experience with SQL, Python, Apps Script, or similar data processing and automation tools.
• Experience using AI tools in day-to-day SEO workflows.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI-assisted SEO use cases.
• Exposure to LLM modeling or training.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and JavaScript rendering platforms.
• Experience with Local SEO across SEA, MENA, LATAM, and European markets.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements in financial or fintech content.
