Delivery Driver - Remote Opportunity with efood

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Delivery Driver remote to join our team at efood. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly and efficiently. You will be responsible for loading, transporting, and delivering products to our customers in the Athens area. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading delivery platform that operates in around 65 countries worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Load and transport orders to designated customers in Athens.
• Ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Manage payments and collections as required.
• Handle returns and exchanges when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates and resolve any issues.

Requirements

• Valid Category C driving license and above.
• Professional Competence Certificate (P.E.I.)
• Digital tachograph card.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in delivery.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Familiarity with tablet and smartphone devices.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Customer-centric approach with a focus on results.
