Mid-Senior Product Manager - Competitive Parts

About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Senior Product Manager - Competitive Parts to join our team at Talent Groups. This role is based in Chattanooga, TN, and while it is not fully remote, we offer complete relocation assistance for the right candidate. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategies for our product families and driving business growth in the aftermarket sales of competitive equipment.

What You'll Do

• Develop a comprehensive business plan that integrates product offerings, marketing, sales, and execution strategies.
• Maintain a strategic Product Roadmap that outlines the development, implementation, marketing, and pricing of various models.
• Analyze market data and competitor information to create effective go-to-market strategies.
• Conduct detailed competitive analyses to assess how our products stack up against competitors.
• Lead new product development (NPD) projects from inception to launch, coordinating with engineering and marketing teams.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to refine product offerings and value propositions.
• Track internal metrics such as units sold, revenue, and market share to maximize product impact.
• Develop and present training materials for internal teams to enhance product knowledge.

Requirements

• A minimum of eight years of experience in product management, engineering, or sales roles.
• A degree in engineering, engineering technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Experience in understanding customer requirements and developing appropriate solutions.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence is essential.

Nice to Have
