Global Sales Trainee - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a Global Sales Trainee to join the Pestana Hotel Group, the largest multinational hotel group of Portuguese origin, with over 100 hotels and inns across 16 countries. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic sales environment while working remotely.
What You'll Do
- Support the analysis of business opportunities to enhance sales strategies.
- Update content and manage pricing and inventory effectively.
- Assist revenue and commercial teams in executing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and generate reports.
- Validate discrepancies in sales data and provide insights.
- Support the integration of new hotels into the group.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Management or similar field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure and solve problems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work autonomously and draw conclusions from data.
- Knowledge of E-Commerce is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience in sales or hospitality sectors.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Interest in international business.
