Global Sales Trainee - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Global Sales Trainee to join the Pestana Hotel Group, the largest multinational hotel group of Portuguese origin, with over 100 hotels and inns across 16 countries. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic sales environment while working remotely.

What You'll Do

• Support the analysis of business opportunities to enhance sales strategies.
• Update content and manage pricing and inventory effectively.
• Assist revenue and commercial teams in executing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and generate reports.
• Validate discrepancies in sales data and provide insights.
• Support the integration of new hotels into the group.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Management or similar field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure and solve problems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work autonomously and draw conclusions from data.
• Knowledge of E-Commerce is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in sales or hospitality sectors.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Interest in international business.
