About the Role

We are seeking a Supply Team Leader - Remote to join our innovative team at Exotec. What You'll Do

• Manage a team: recruit, onboard, coordinate, develop team members, allocate resources, and drive performance.
• Be responsible for supplier relations regarding procurement issues.
• Oversee the supply and flow of components to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor physical stock levels and ensure data consistency in the ERP system.
• Implement and improve processes to meet team objectives effectively.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with global teams.
• Perform any other tasks relevant to the position.

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain or procurement, preferably in an industrial environment.
• Proven team management experience with the ability to lead and develop people.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, supply planning, and inventory management.
• Experience with ERP systems and data analysis tools.
• Fluent in English with the ability to collaborate with international teams and suppliers.

Nice to Have

• Experience in robotics or automation industries.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
• Familiarity with advanced data analysis techniques.
