Mid-Senior Identity Governance & Administration Engineer - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Engineer remote to join our growing security team at A2G Consulting. What You'll Do

• Implement, configure, and maintain IGA platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, and IBM ISIM.
• Design and optimize identity lifecycle processes including joiner, mover, and leaver workflows.
• Build and maintain integrations with HR systems, directories, and enterprise applications.
• Automate IAM processes using scripting languages like PowerShell and Python.
• Support access certification campaigns and enforce Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with security, application, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of hands-on experience with IGA tools (SailPoint, Saviynt, or IBM ISIM).
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and RBAC.
• Experience with access certification and governance processes.
• Proficiency in scripting for automation and integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with APIs, connectors, and system integrations.
• Knowledge of broader IAM domains such as SSO, MFA, and PAM.
• Familiarity with cloud identity platforms like Azure AD / Entra ID.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments.
