Mid-Senior Full-Stack Developer - AI & Fintech

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team at Crispa, an innovative AI and Fintech startup based in Copenhagen, Denmark. As a Full-Stack Developer remote, you will own our frontend architecture and build interfaces that turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for entrepreneurs. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be involved in decisions across our entire stack.

What You'll Do

• Own the frontend architecture - make decisions on structure, patterns, libraries, and tooling.
• Build fast, intuitive interfaces - from complex data entry flows to intricate tables.
• Ship product features - from the whiteboarding session to production.
• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect components, diving into Figma as needed.
• Establish frontend best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.
• Continuously push the boundaries for productivity and quality by leveraging AI tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a frontend-heavy full-stack developer.
• Deep expertise in Next.js and React.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS.
• Experience building data-heavy applications like dashboards and financial tools.
• A strong desire to innovate using AI-engineering tools.
• A portfolio or track record demonstrating frontend craft and architectural thinking.
• A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to Have

• Experience with accounting applications or applications that connect directly to accounting software.
• Experience working with LLMs in a production setting.
• Startup experience - you know how to move fast without breaking things.
