Mid-Senior Data Scientist - Remote Options Available

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Data Scientist to join our team and work remotely. As a Data Scientist remote, you will play a crucial role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions across Germany and Europe.

What You'll Do

• Analyze large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insights.
• Build, train, and optimize machine learning models.
• Perform statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams.
• Develop dashboards and data visualizations to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve data models and pipelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in data science or analytics roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python or R.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Solid understanding of statistics and data modeling.
• Experience with SQL and data querying.
• Familiarity with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a data-driven organization.
• Knowledge of data governance and compliance.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
