About the Role

We are seeking a talented Mid-Market Customer Success Manager to join our team at Greenhouse. This remote position is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about enhancing customer experiences and driving organizational success through effective hiring strategies. As a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our customers to maximize the value of Greenhouse's solutions, ultimately transforming their hiring processes.

What You'll Do

  • Own and manage customer relationships to showcase the value of Greenhouse and ensure customer happiness and engagement.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of products, services, and methodologies to enthusiastically provide support and mentorship.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, advocating internally for customer needs and feature requests to Greenhouse’s internal Support, Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
  • Team up with our Implementation Strategists through customer onboarding (configuration, data migration, etc.) to ensure the successful launch of new Greenhouse solutions.
  • Collaborate with high-profile and fast-growing companies to revolutionize their hiring processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of direct experience in customer success or talent acquisition.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong objection handling and ability to articulate value.
  • B2B/SaaS experience.
  • Experience in the HR/TA industry is a plus.
