About the Role

We are seeking a talented Web Developer & Analyst remote to join our client's dynamic team. As a Web Developer & Analyst remote, you will play a crucial role in building and optimizing high-performing, lead-generating websites for various clients. This position is perfect for someone with a strong background in front-end development, technical SEO, and site performance who is ready to take ownership from build to launch and continuously improve results.

What You'll Do

  • Build, launch, and optimize high-converting websites and landing pages end-to-end.
  • Implement technical SEO, site speed optimization, and Core Web Vitals improvements.
  • Set up and validate tracking & analytics (GA4, GTM, pixels, call tracking).
  • Manage CRM/automation integrations, form routing, site migrations, and clean deployments.
  • Run QA checks to ensure sites launch correctly and perform optimally.
  • Continuously analyze site performance and make data-driven improvements.
  • Utilize AI tools to accelerate development, testing, and technical tasks.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with WordPress custom builds and modern front-end development.
  • Proficient in page builders (Breakdance, Elementor) and CRO optimization.
  • Solid understanding of technical SEO, site speed, and structured site architecture.
  • Skilled in analytics setup, tracking validation, and integrations.
  • Experience with CRM/automation tool connections and form workflows.
  • Fast, proactive, execution-focused — suggests improvements and owns delivery.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to streamline work and boost productivity.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the home service industry.
  • Familiarity with various AI tools for development.
