We are looking for a Mid-Level Software Engineer - AI Powered Features to join our dynamic team at ProSource. What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and ship high-quality software solutions across the full technology stack including React, Vue, Python, Django, and AWS cloud services.
• Embrace AI-first development practices to enhance productivity and deliver scalable solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality feature delivery in an Agile environment.
• Continuously learn and apply engineering best practices to improve code quality and efficiency.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues methodically, breaking down complex problems into manageable parts.

Requirements

• Strong coding fundamentals in Python and experience with modern frontend frameworks such as ReactJS.
• Understanding of web technologies, APIs, and databases.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services and deployment processes.
• Ability to consider multiple solutions before implementing and critical thinking about AI output quality.
• Willingness to actively use or learn AI development tools.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Django and Vue.js frameworks.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Previous experience in a remote work setup.
