Mid-Level Motion Graphics Designer - Remote Position

About the Role

We’re hiring a Mid-Level Motion Graphics Designer to join our creative team in a fully remote capacity. As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will bring ideas to life through engaging animations and visual storytelling. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about creating dynamic motion content for marketing campaigns, product experiences, and brand storytelling.

What You’ll Do

• Design and produce motion graphics for various digital platforms including ads, social media, websites, and videos.
• Create animations, transitions, and visual effects that captivate audiences.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams on campaigns to ensure visual consistency.
• Translate concepts and scripts into engaging visual stories that resonate with target audiences.
• Edit video content and enhance it with motion elements to improve overall quality.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity across all projects.
• Optimize motion content for different platforms and formats to maximize reach.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in motion graphics or video design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your motion and animation work.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator/Photoshop.
• Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, and storytelling techniques.
• Experience with video editing and post-production workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and creative thinking abilities.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to Have

• Experience with 3D tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender.
• Familiarity with UI motion or product animations.
• Experience creating content for social media and digital ads.
• Basic knowledge of sound design and audio editing.
• Experience in SaaS, media, or marketing environments.
• Understanding of branding and visual storytelling strategies.
