Data Analyst - Remote Opportunity in FinTech

About the Role

In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills to deliver actionable insights that empower strategic decision-making across our core business operations.

What You'll Do

• Extract, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to provide actionable insights that drive business strategy and operational improvements.
• Build reports and perform trend analysis, translating data into clear recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive experimentation frameworks by designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests to optimize user experience and product features.
• Serve as a bridge between technical data infrastructure and business units, translating complex analytical findings into compelling narratives and visualizations.
• Track and analyze operational performance across partnership programs and customer journeys, identifying inefficiencies and measuring campaign effectiveness.
• Ensure all analytical outputs are accurate, reliable, and audit-ready, resolving data inconsistencies and maintaining documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including experience with analytical databases such as Vertica, PostgreSQL, or ClickHouse.
• Solid knowledge of Python, particularly with libraries like pandas for data manipulation and visualization.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, including hypothesis testing and experiment evaluation.
• Ability to build simple machine learning models for analytical use cases.
• Experience working in Agile environments is a plus.
