About the Role

We are seeking a talented Mid-Level Marketing Motion Designer to join our dynamic team at Welltech. As a Marketing Motion Designer, you will be responsible for crafting compelling motion graphics for platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and Google, ensuring that your designs not only look great but also perform exceptionally well. What You'll Do

• Create high-converting motion content for Facebook, Google, and TikTok, focusing on maximizing engagement in the first few seconds.
• Analyze creative performance data with the marketing team to refine and improve your designs based on real-world results.
• Design visually captivating stories and VFX that resonate with social media audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate strategically with Video Producers and Growth Managers to develop concepts that align with key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback to enhance the team's design capabilities.
• Stay ahead of social media trends and platform-specific aesthetics to keep our brands relevant and engaging.

Requirements

• A strong portfolio showcasing your skills as a graphic designer and motion designer.
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Meta, and YouTube ad formats, including their technical and psychological nuances.
• Proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro for creating high-quality motion graphics.
• Experience with Figma as a collaborative design tool.
• Ability to articulate creative decisions in the context of business goals and user behavior.
• Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
