Senior Product Designer - AI-Driven Mobile Experience

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to join our team and lead the design of our mobile app experiences. This Senior Product Designer remote position offers the opportunity to work on an AI-native Employee Experience Platform that empowers organizations to enhance communication and engagement.

What You'll Do

• Be the design co-founder: Take ownership of the app experience by leading the design vision, strategy, and execution.
• Lead end-to-end design: Own the process from exploration to polished delivery in our engagement team.
• Design with AI: Utilize AI tools to enhance your design process, including vibe-coding to push pull requests.
• Collaborate deeply: Partner with engineers, product managers, and researchers to understand priorities and manage expectations.
• Work in startup mode: Operate with speed and agility, rapidly prototyping, testing, and iterating to uncover opportunities.
• Champion customer insight: Regularly connect with users, conduct interviews, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Shape the design culture: Set a high bar for design quality and create an enjoyable app experience for internal communicators.
• Design for AI: Leverage your understanding of user journeys to create an AI-native app experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product design experience in B2B or B2B2C environments, focusing on mobile apps.
• Strong visual, interaction, and UX design skills, with experience in building interactive prototypes.
• Comfortable collaborating with engineers and experimenting with code when necessary.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments that prioritize iteration and adaptability.
• Skilled at synthesizing user needs into impactful product experiences.
• Excited to help build a product vision and culture from the ground up.
