About the Role

We are looking for a Co-Lead for our Travel Center to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to enhance your leadership skills and broaden your horizons in a remote setting. As a Co-Lead, you will oversee the Travel Center operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and sales across all channels.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the Travel Center Visp in collaboration with your team, focusing on customer consultation, sales, and support.
  • Be responsible for achieving financial, productivity, and quality targets, including revenue, costs, and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously align the organization of the Travel Center with customer needs and manage personnel deployment effectively.
  • Drive your team with strategic decisions and foster their development to achieve significant outcomes.
  • Utilize your social skills to enhance customer interactions and team dynamics, ensuring a successful and sustainable operation.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in a customer service environment.
  • Strong communication skills in the local language (C2) and proficiency in a second national language and English (B1).
  • A completed vocational training of at least 3 years and several years of experience as a customer advisor in public transport.
  • A willingness to pursue further education in leadership, sales, or business administration.
  • Adaptability and a passion for the digital world.
