Mid-Level IT Specialist - Office-Based Role in Dubai

About the Role

We are hiring a Mid-Level IT Specialist to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This is an exciting opportunity for an IT Specialist who is looking for a full-time office-based role. As an IT Specialist, you will provide crucial support to our internal systems and ensure smooth business operations.

What You'll Do

• Provide day-to-day IT support across hardware, software, and internal systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure smooth business operations.
• Support users in a dynamic, high-energy environment.
• Occasionally travel to the Abu Dhabi office as needed, requiring a valid UAE driving license.
• Manage end-to-end desktop support across Windows and macOS environments, including setup, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Support meeting rooms and collaboration technologies, ensuring they are consistently “meeting-ready” and fully operational.
• Administer Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online and SharePoint Online, ensuring strong governance and usability standards.
• Oversee network environments and manage Synology NAS storage, backups, and security configurations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Familiarity with network management and security configurations.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and a hands-on approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Yeastar PBX systems.
• Knowledge of Ubiquiti network environments.
• Familiarity with Apple Business Manager and Intune MDM.
