About the Role

Welcome to Eurostars Hotel Company, part of Grupo Hotusa, where we are dedicated to creating happiness through exceptional hospitality! We are currently seeking a MICE Commercial Manager to join our dynamic team. This MICE Commercial Manager remote position offers the opportunity to work with a leading hotel chain that operates over 290 hotels across 24 countries worldwide.

What You'll Do

  • Attract, retain, and follow up with potential clients.
  • Manage and maintain relationships within the client portfolio.
  • Promote and present the hotel chain’s offerings.
  • Showcase and highlight the company’s products and services.
  • Participate in tourism fairs and events to promote the company.
  • Visit potential clients in designated areas.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role with team management responsibilities.
  • Previous experience as a commercial manager in the hotel industry.
  • Strong commercial character and customer orientation.
  • High level of English proficiency; other languages are a plus.
  • Degree in Tourism or a related field is valued.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions).
  • Knowledge of hospitality management software.
  • Networking skills within the travel and hospitality sector.
