Member Enrollment Coordinator - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Member Enrollment Coordinator to join our team remotely. In this role, you will help individuals navigate copay assistance and enrollment programs, making a significant impact on their lives every day. What You'll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound member calls, assisting with the enrollment process.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing accurate information regarding program eligibility and requirements.
• Deliver compassionate support throughout the enrollment process while maintaining professionalism.
• Escalate unresolved cases and member grievances as necessary.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to verify member data and complete enrollments.
• Document inquiries and interactions in the CRM for future reference.
• Work on assigned queues and cases as directed by call center leadership.
• Participate in ongoing training and learning opportunities to enhance your skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 to 2 years of recent call center experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Professional phone demeanor and compassionate attitude at all times.
• Strong computer navigation skills, including the ability to use multiple screens and systems simultaneously.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software.
• Certified Pharmacy Tech (CPhT) or healthcare customer service experience is a plus.
• Bi-lingual in English/Spanish is advantageous.
