Medical Professional for Venipuncture - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Professional for Venipuncture to join our team at Haema, the largest private blood and plasma donation service in Germany. This Medical Professional role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while contributing to the health and well-being of individuals worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Perform safe and compassionate venipunctures on donors, ensuring their comfort and trust.
• Carefully set up plasmapheresis devices and monitor the donation process.
• Document all procedures meticulously to maintain high-quality standards.
• Respond professionally to donor reactions and provide necessary support.
• Engage with donors to build a positive and trusting relationship.

Requirements

• Completed medical training (e.g., MFA, ZFA, nurse, midwife, paramedic, caregiver).
• German language proficiency at least at B2 level.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to donor satisfaction.
• Reliable and precise work ethic, with a passion for positively impacting lives.
• Willingness to work scheduled early and late shifts between 7:00 AM and 8:30 PM.

Nice to Have

• Experience in venipuncture is a plus but not mandatory.
