About the Role

We are seeking a Medical Education Lead to join our team at Medtronic. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to lead surgeon education strategies in cranial and spinal therapies. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing healthcare access and equity, while driving innovation in medical education.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development and execution of educational programs for cranial and spinal therapies, focusing on the Anterior Lateral Oblique and Posterior Degenerative therapy segments.
• Design and manage training strategies, ensuring seamless educational experiences that increase adoption of CST therapies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and surgeon partners to drive operational excellence and measurable improvements in educational programming.
• Oversee the planning and execution of various educational programs, including Premier Medical Education Programs and Virtual Webinars.
• Manage faculty selection, development, and logistics to ensure high-quality educational experiences.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience in a clinical lab setting or medical device industry.
• Experience in education and training is highly preferred.
• Strong presentation and instructional design skills.
• Clinical knowledge of spine procedures and enabling technologies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Nice to Have

• Experience in developing educational materials and managing quality control processes.
• Familiarity with regulatory, legal, and compliance reviews.
