About the Role

What You'll Do

• Welcome and assist patients, including scheduling appointments and managing patient flow.
• Assist in medical examinations and treatments, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Maintain patient records and document treatment progress accurately.
• Support practice management and billing processes to ensure efficient operations.
• Organize and prepare for consultations, collaborating with various departments and external entities.
• Help implement and optimize digital workflows to enhance patient care.

Requirements

• Completed training as a Medical Assistant (MFA) or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in patient interaction and the medical field is advantageous.
• Strong teamwork skills, high empathy, and a patient-centered approach.
• Reliability and structured working style.
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with medical software.

Nice to Have

• Additional certifications in healthcare or administration.
• Experience with digital health tools and telemedicine.
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially German and English.
