About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our team remotely at Hôpital fribourgeois. This Medical Assistant role is essential for supporting our angiological services, ensuring that our patients receive the best care possible. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in welcoming patients, assisting medical personnel, and managing administrative tasks.

What You'll Do

• Welcome patients to the angiological service and assist them with their needs.
• Support medical staff during examinations and medical procedures.
• Manage administrative tasks related to medical records, billing, and appointments.
• Correct and send consultation reports to relevant parties.
• Coordinate the use of facilities according to user needs.
• Maintain stock management and cleanliness in consultation rooms.
• Utilize MS Office and institutional applications effectively.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a Medical Assistant or equivalent diploma.
• Proven experience in a medical environment.
• Fluency in French and very good knowledge of German.
• Excellent computer skills, particularly with MS Office.
• Familiarity with institutional applications such as Polypoint and MedFolio is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, precision, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate respect and solidarity.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle stress.

• Experience in patient management systems.
