What You'll Do

• Greet and room patients, collecting vital signs and chief complaints.
• Assist with treatments, procedures, and medications, including injections.
• Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, calls, prescriptions, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records and test results to ensure quality patient care.
• Ensure a clean, stocked, and safe clinic environment.
• Support provider efficiency and enhance patient satisfaction.
• Attend trainings and meetings as required to stay updated on best practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior medical experience or training is preferred.
• CPR certification is a must.
• Proficiency with computers and EMR systems.
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
