What You'll Do
- Greet and room patients, collecting vital signs and chief complaints.
- Assist with treatments, procedures, and medications, including injections.
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, calls, prescriptions, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records and test results to ensure quality patient care.
- Ensure a clean, stocked, and safe clinic environment.
- Support provider efficiency and enhance patient satisfaction.
- Attend trainings and meetings as required to stay updated on best practices.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Prior medical experience or training is preferred.
- CPR certification is a must.
- Proficiency with computers and EMR systems.
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
