About the Role

We're hiring a Marketing QA Specialist to join our dynamic team at OnePay. This Marketing QA Specialist remote position is crucial for ensuring that our marketing communications resonate with our customers and drive engagement. What You'll Do

  • Groom technical communication requirements and project requests to ensure clarity and effectiveness.
  • Develop, test, and deploy customer journeys, assessing product and strategic objectives, platform capabilities, and data needs.
  • Own the end-to-end build and execution of marketing and transactional communications across various channels including email, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS.
  • Ideate and implement QA efficiencies and automated solutions to streamline processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as they arise, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns.
  • Verify adherence to relevant industry standards and regulations, particularly regarding data protection and privacy laws.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance, specifically in cross-channel marketing communications.
  • 1-2 years managing CRM automation in a high-volume B2C tech or e-commerce environment.
  • Expert proficiency in HTML and CSS, with the ability to write and edit code.
  • Technical experience in building automation flows with CRM and ESP platforms such as Braze or Iterable.
  • Experience analyzing business requirements and implementing tools for QA consumption.
  • Drive and proactivity; we seek builders and executors.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of SQL, Liquid, Handlebars, and JSON.
  • Experience managing multiple products or brands cross-functionally.
  • Working knowledge of Figma.
  • Data-driven, detail-obsessed problem solver who loves mining insights and iterating quickly.
  • Clear communicator and agile collaborator who translates technical constraints into business terms.
