About the Role

We are seeking an Operations Assurance Technician to join our dynamic team at Generali. This remote opportunity allows you to manage health and borrower benefit files while ensuring compliance with various regulations. As an Operations Assurance Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

What You'll Do

• Manage benefit files for health and borrower claims from initiation to resolution.
• Verify coverage and supporting documents to ensure proper processing of claims.
• Implement multiple technical rules and procedures, including FATCA and Tracfin regulations.
• Provide information to insured parties, beneficiaries, and notaries regarding claim processing.
• Handle disputes and provide clear arguments to support your position.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and stay organized.
• Team-oriented mindset with a passion for collaboration.
• Knowledge of fiscal and legal matters.
• 2-5 years of experience in operations or a related field.
