Technical Consultant for BYD - Electric Vehicles

About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Consultant for BYD - Electric Vehicles to join the Sfakianakis Group in Egaleo, Greece. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with continuous training and growth prospects in the rapidly expanding electric vehicle sector.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers and respond to their technical inquiries regarding electric vehicles.
• Communicate internally with collaborating departments to address repair issues.
• Coordinate with the importing company for specialized repair cases and new technologies.
• Work closely with the workshop supervisor and engineers to resolve repair issues.
• Support the processes of receiving, completing repair tasks, and delivering motorcycles to customers.

Requirements

• Degree from a Technical School, such as Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Good command of the English language (written and spoken).
• Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
