About the Role

We are seeking a talented Marketing Program Manager to join our team on a fixed-term contract basis. This Marketing Program Manager remote position offers the flexibility of working from home or in a hybrid setup, primarily based in Marlow, United Kingdom. At Thomas, we are transforming into a disruptive AI-powered people science platform, and we need a skilled individual to lead our events marketing program.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Thomas events marketing program, covering both Thomas-owned and third-party sponsored events.
  • Drive pre-event marketing activity to maximize awareness, audience engagement, and attendance.
  • Manage post-event follow-up, including reporting, evaluation, lead alignment with Sales, and repurposing content.
  • Collaborate closely with Partnerships to ensure events and activities support strategic relationship development and lead generation.
  • Support broader marketing initiatives such as website updates, collateral creation, and digital campaign activity aligned to partnerships.
  • Track performance and pipeline contribution of events and marketing activity, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to manage data, reporting, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects with strong organization, attention to detail, and scalable processes.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering B2B marketing programs, with strong exposure to event marketing or field marketing.
  • Comfortable managing events end-to-end, from promotion through to post-event reporting and follow-up.
  • Confident working with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Commercially aware, understanding how marketing activity contributes to pipeline and revenue.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working across teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret results and improve future campaigns.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve.

  • Familiarity with data analytics tools.
