Customer Success Manager I - French Speaking (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager I - French Speaking (Remote) to join our dynamic team at Deel. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support. Your expertise will help clients navigate our all-in-one payroll and HR platform, enhancing their experience and driving long-term revenue growth.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of small spend accounts within our SMB/MM or ENT segments, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and mitigate risks that could lead to customer churn, proactively addressing client concerns.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients by understanding their pain points and providing tailored solutions.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, collecting feedback on our products and services and communicating insights to internal teams.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely responses to customer requests and issues.
  • Drive adoption of platform features that enhance customer experience and retention rates.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant work experience, including client-facing roles.
  • Experience in fast-growth startups, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity is preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, able to remain calm under pressure and celebrate client successes.
  • Quantitative skills with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
  • A motivated self-starter with a growth mindset, thriving in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven track record of achievement in previous roles, demonstrating the ability to deliver quantifiable business impact.
  • Fluent in both French and English, with excellent communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SQL or data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with SaaS products and customer success strategies.
  • Previous experience in a remote working environment.
