• Implement a single subscription system that improves operational efficiency and reduces manual errors.
• Enhance the admin experience by providing clear compliance signals and contract status updates.
• Lead technical initiatives and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in building scalable backend systems.
• Proficiency in Python/Flask, React, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with high-traffic applications that require reliability and performance.
