What You'll Do

• Drive production execution for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
• Manage vendor and talent relationships to foster collaboration and efficiency.
• Oversee production schedules and budgets, maintaining financial accountability.

• Coordinate logistics for shoots and activations, ensuring smooth operations.
• Maintain organized asset libraries and production trackers for easy access.
• Collaborate with Program Managers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Ensure clear communication with stakeholders throughout the production process.
• Work on-site for productions as needed to ensure quality and adherence to timelines.
• Support global or multi-market campaigns, adapting strategies as necessary.

Requirements

• 3+ years of production experience in a marketing or media environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Mastery of organization and documentation practices.
• Experience with repeatable processes for production efficiency.
• Ability to work on-site for shoots when necessary.
