SAP FI eInvoicing Project Coordinator /​ Lead - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled SAP FI eInvoicing Project Coordinator / Lead - Remote to join our team at Sidekick Network GmbH & Co. KG. This is an exciting opportunity to work on international projects in the automotive sector, where you will play a crucial role in coordinating multiple SAP FI projects in the eInvoicing area across various countries. You will ensure alignment and oversight of the program while local project managers handle country-specific implementations.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate multiple SAP FI projects in the eInvoicing area across different countries.
• Provide overall program oversight while local project managers manage country-specific implementations.
• Support and coordinate eInvoicing implementation projects in Germany, France, and Slovakia.
• Contribute expertise regarding SAP eDocument / eDocument Cockpit.
• Ensure coordination between finance, IT, and project stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of related finance processes such as factoring.
• Align project timelines with regulatory eInvoicing deadlines.

Requirements

• Strong experience in SAP FI.
• Proven experience with eInvoicing implementations.
• Experience with SAP eDocument / eDocument Cockpit.
• Knowledge of eInvoicing requirements in Romania (RO) and Hungary (HU) is required.
• Experience coordinating or leading international SAP finance projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multi-country project landscapes.
• Fluent English.
