About the Role

Requirements

  • 7+ years of HR experience, preferably in a high-growth tech environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years in an HR Director role.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and exceptional communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build social capital and trust across all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities.
  • High integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Data-informed decision-making skills.
  • Adaptability to lead through organizational change.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in cybersecurity or tech industries.
  • Familiarity with HR software and data analytics tools.
  • Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM, PHR).
