Operations Project Manager - Remote

We are seeking an experienced Operations Project Manager - Remote to join our team at ReNu Technologies. In this role, you will lead our operations team to ensure that we exceed client expectations while promoting safety and quality service. What You'll Do

• Lead and manage operations teams in the field to ensure successful project execution.
• Oversee fin fan cleaning campaigns, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with refinery operations and maintenance teams to facilitate smooth operations.
• Manage staffing and logistics for successful campaign execution.
• Collect data and provide daily reporting to track project progress and performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company standards at all times.
• Provide real-time training and support to staff to enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct site assessments and meetings to ensure project alignment with client expectations.
• Supervise Foam Application Specialists and promote a collaborative team environment.
• Encourage continuous improvement practices within the operations team.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of refinery experience in a project management or operations role.
• Management or leadership experience is preferred.
• Must possess a TWIC Card and a valid driver's license.
• Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
• Ability to work in field conditions and handle equipment safely and effectively.
