Senior Project Manager - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team at QAD. In this role, you will lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects while working remotely within the USA. This position is ideal for candidates located in the CST and EST time zones due to travel requirements. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping manufacturers navigate technology-driven innovations and shifting consumer preferences.

What You'll Do

• Lead ERP implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery.
• Utilize PMI methodologies for effective project management and delivery.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to meet organizational goals.
• Facilitate project governance and status reporting to stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Ensure quality deliverables meet acceptance criteria and project standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively to ensure project success.
• Drive customer adoption and readiness for go-live activities.
• Align service delivery with ITIL principles for optimal performance.
• Leverage PSA systems for managing project financials effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in ERP implementation.
• Proven experience managing enterprise-level ERP projects successfully.
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed for project requirements.
• Strong customer-facing skills to ensure client satisfaction.

Nice to Have

• Experience with multiple ERP systems.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
