About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager remote to join our team at Intuitive. In this role, you will implement and execute marketing programs that drive adoption and growth of da VinciÒ surgical procedures across various specialties including General Surgery, Urology, Gynecology, and Thoracic Surgery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our marketing strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Understand your market and develop targeted marketing tactics for General Surgery, Urology, Gynecology, and Thoracic Surgery.
  • Collaborate with the European marketing team and local sales leadership to align on budget and timelines.
  • Demonstrate strong clinical knowledge of Intuitive's product portfolio and the technologies involved.
  • Build compelling value propositions and marketing tools to support sales quotas and product growth.
  • Partner with key surgeon champions to implement leading robotic clinical education programs.
  • Quantify the impact of marketing initiatives through clinical, economic, and strategic evidence.
  • Align with relevant surgical and executive societies to enhance the presence of da Vinci surgery.
  • Travel up to 50% for domestic and international engagements.

Requirements

  • University degree in life sciences or business discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in clinical/product marketing within a therapeutic medical device company.
  • Experience in General Surgery, Urology, Gynecology, or Thoracic Surgery is preferred.
  • Strong clinical and surgical experience is desired.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver successful marketing programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch; French is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office suite.

  • Experience managing cross-functional projects in the medical device industry.
