About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team remotely in Europe. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on marketing manager who can confidently navigate between creative production and campaign execution. As a Marketing Manager remote, you will be responsible for turning ideas into polished, high-impact materials that drive engagement and growth.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end development of marketing assets including social media, landing pages, presentation decks, and event collateral.
  • Lead video content production, utilizing tools like Synthesia and Canva to create product demos and marketing videos.
  • Build and maintain a standardized visual asset library to streamline production workflows.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials.
  • Experiment with AI-driven creative tools to enhance content speed and quality.
  • Manage the content calendar across digital channels, focusing on LinkedIn.
  • Execute marketing email campaigns and optimize website performance, including A/B testing.
  • Produce sales collateral and support customer expansion initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a B2B SaaS marketing role with hands-on experience in creative production and digital campaign execution.
  • Strong design skills in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
  • Experience in video production and editing for short-form content.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot for managing email campaigns and workflows.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with paid ad campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Basic web skills including HTML/CSS and WordPress.
  • Familiarity with the automotive or aftersales industry.
