Product Manager - FinTech Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Product Manager - FinTech Remote to join our innovative team at Allegro. What You'll Do

• Develop the product vision, roadmaps, and timelines, managing the delivery of features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into new functionalities.
• Conduct market and user research to ensure technical feasibility aligns with the product roadmap.
• Facilitate communication across different teams to align objectives and ensure everyone is on the same page.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with engineers to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Requirements

• Practical experience as a Product Manager or similar role in technology.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• Passion for technology and modern tools, such as Agentic AI.
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2) and Polish (minimum C1).

Nice to Have

• Experience with agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker.
