About the Role

FSC International is seeking a proactive Marketing and Commercial Coordinator to support our Senior Director Markets and the Marketing and Commercial Unit. This role is essential in driving global sustainability efforts and enhancing our brand's market credibility. As a Marketing and Commercial Coordinator remote, you will play a crucial role in project coordination, contract management, and operational excellence across international markets.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Coordinate between various unit programs, facilitating team alignment and problem-solving to enhance operational efficiencies.
- Support program planning, documentation, and tracking of key initiatives, maintaining structured systems for contracts and databases.
- Provide executive support to the Senior Director Markets, managing complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and expense claims.
- Prepare documentation, presentations, and briefing materials, acting as an internal consultant to ensure compliance with financial and legal procedures.
- Assist in budget tracking and maintain up-to-date financial records, supporting invoice management and credit card administration.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, and events, ensuring all arrangements are executed flawlessly.
- Support contract preparation and correspondence, contributing to staff development coordination and training logistics.
Requirements
- Relevant professional office management training or a bachelor’s degree.
- At least two years of experience in coordination, executive support, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Confidence in handling financial tracking and documentation.
- Fluency in English; basic German is required, and Spanish is a plus.
- Strong MS Office skills; experience with database platforms is an advantage.
- A proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset.
