About the Role

We are looking for a Manual Loading and Unloading Operator to join our growing team at Improving Logistics. This role is crucial in ensuring the safe and efficient handling of goods within our logistics operations. As a Manual Loading and Unloading Operator, you will be responsible for the manual loading and unloading of goods, ensuring their integrity during handling, and contributing to the organization and efficiency of our logistics operations.

What You'll Do

• Perform manual loading and unloading of goods, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage or deterioration.
• Classify, organize, and place products in warehouses, vehicles, or designated areas according to received instructions.
• Verify the condition of goods during the loading and unloading process, identifying any potential issues or damages.
• Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations, correctly using personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Assist in loading products for transportation.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in work areas.
• Support auxiliary warehouse tasks as needed.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure efficiency in logistics operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in roles involving heavy lifting (25 kg).
• Advanced or native Spanish language proficiency.
• Immediate availability for work.

Nice to Have

• Experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of safety regulations in handling goods.
