Manager, Enterprise Growth Analytics - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Manager, Enterprise Growth Analytics to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This pivotal role within the Growth and Analytics department will drive innovative analytics initiatives to support growth for Medicaid and other AmeriHealth Caritas products. As a Manager, Enterprise Growth Analytics remote position, you will report directly to the Director of Enterprise Growth Analytics and be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing Data Parades across multiple states to ensure readiness for state procurements and re-procurements.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing refinement of state-specific Data Parades, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and relevance for procurement activities.
• Collaborate across the enterprise to cultivate and empower subject matter experts (SMEs), systematically gathering critical data points that demonstrate the effectiveness of AmeriHealth Caritas programs.
• Provide advanced analytic support and rigorous data analysis to substantiate the success of programs, providers, and member support initiatives at the enterprise level.
• Enable data-driven storytelling and reporting for senior leadership, demonstrating program outcomes through actionable insights and innovative analytics platforms.
• Use a consultative approach to partner with departments throughout AmeriHealth Caritas, ensuring alignment of data strategy with corporate growth objectives and compliance with state requirements.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, analytical rigor, and collaboration.
• Provide competitive analysis on both RFP scoring and quality analysis against other MCOs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Analytics or a related field of study.
• 3 or more years of experience working with healthcare data.
• Experience translating SME information into success stories.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Medicaid state RFP processes.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare analytics or similar fields.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis methodologies.
