Manager, Americas Benefits Strategy & Enterprise Initiatives - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Manager, Americas Benefits Strategy & Enterprise Initiatives - Remote to join our dynamic team at Danaher Corporation. In this role, you will have the opportunity to design and deliver health and welfare programs that truly matter, balancing cost, compliance, innovation, and associate experience across the Americas. This is a high-impact position where you will not only manage programs but also shape strategy and influence leaders.

What You'll Do

• Shape the strategy for a multi-year Americas health and welfare program, focusing on medical, dental, vision, and wellbeing initiatives.
• Develop data-driven business cases using benchmarking and ROI analysis to enhance U.S. absence management programs.
• Lead global wellbeing initiatives and contribute to emerging areas such as AI-related benefits capabilities.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and HR leaders to design effective benefits programs.
• Monitor cost and utilization trends using market benchmarks to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in benefits strategy and delivery, with deep expertise in U.S. Health & Welfare programs.
• Experience managing benefits on a large-market scale across multiple vendors.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex workstreams independently.
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage with associates and C-suite executives.

Nice to Have

• Experience in M&A transactions related to benefits.
• Exposure to global benefits, particularly in Canada and LATAM.

What We Offer

• Competitive annual salary range of $140,000 - $160,000.
