Manager, AI Agentic Workflows & Agentic Commerce - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Manager, AI Agentic Workflows & Agentic Commerce to join Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) in a remote capacity. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage AI technology in the payments industry, driving impactful solutions for our clients. As a Manager, you will engage with financial institutions and merchants across Southern Europe, leading the design and implementation of AI-powered workflows that enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

What You'll Do

• Lead the end-to-end management and execution of AI agentic workflow engagements for Visa’s clients, ensuring successful deployment and optimization.
• Conduct structured assessments to identify processes suitable for automation, focusing on document formats, integration needs, and success metrics.
• Design hybrid AI-human operating models that balance routine task automation with necessary human oversight.
• Translate complex payments domain requirements into precise agent specifications and system prompts.
• Manage resources effectively to deliver projects on time and to Visa’s quality standards.
• Design agentic workflow architectures that incorporate prompt engineering, context construction, and tool orchestration.
• Develop rigorous evaluation frameworks to ensure agent reliability and compliance.
• Advise clients on technology stack decisions, comparing low-code platforms against custom development options.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI-powered agentic workflows in a regulated industry, ideally financial services.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in payments, banking, or financial services consulting.
• Strong knowledge of the AI agentic stack, including prompt engineering and agent orchestration.
• Deep understanding of payments value chains and regulatory frameworks.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives and present complex ideas clearly.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AI frameworks and tooling such as LangGraph and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Proficiency in Spanish or other European languages.
